The happiest moment was when I opened the bag and received gifts for Stella. She was overjoyed after getting them. The food is fresh and good, and Stella loves it.
There was a bit of a snafu in the delivery of the dog food, but Licious Pet Foods got in touch with me, sent me my order plus treats free of charge. I appreciate the quality of customer service and my dogs loved the food. It is so convenient! I have signed up for a subscription. Thank you 😊
The food bag was ripped and the food was spilled all over the inside of the parcel. Rider took it back and a replacement was not delivered

We're so sorry to hear that the handling of the package was not done properly. We were not made aware of this issue when the parcel was returned and nor was there an email or message sent to us so we could rectify the problem. Please let us make it up to you and send you another package + some treats for the the inconvenience.
Had we known we would have sent one right away. We'll also look into why the package was spilled and make some changes on our end to ensure that doesn't happen again too.
